In order to be able to offer high-quality programs for the young individuals of our society, OUTWARD BOUND is committed, qualified, and characterized by acceptance and mutual trust.

With us children, adolescents and young adults are accompanied by unique experiences and adventures in nature and accompanied by a professional team. Around 25 permanent employees, educators, social workers, business people, sports scientists, mountain guides, Bufdi's & FSJler and more than 50 trainers are currently employed at OUTWARD BOUND. Here the highest level of mutual appreciation and openness is worked together. Our program managers have many years of experience in designing experiential education courses and outdoor trainings for school classes, trainees and individual applicants / individuals.

Our instructor

Our trainers have many years of experience in supervising the learning processes of young people.
In addition to experiential education or additional training, our trainers have subject-specific qualifications.
We pay attention to regular safety and pedagogical further education.
Our trainers are thus optimally trained for the care of different groups and are able to respond individually to the group processes. All trainers passionately support the value-oriented personality development and team development according to the philosophy of OUTWARD BOUND.

The subjective psychological and physical safety of the participants and the trust given to the trainers is the basis for an open exchange and in-depth development of the individuals within the group.
