OFFERS IN THE CONTEXT OF YOUTH WELFARE

Overcoming borders together

In the field of youth welfare, OUTWARD BOUND experiential education programs are an important component for the individual development of adolescents. Whether during the vacation trip of a residential group, an ISE measure or during social training courses, our programs offer individual added value for the participants.

As a recognized child and youth welfare organization, we support more than 7,000 pupils, trainees, students and other participant groups of social institutions in their individual development as individuals and in their cooperation in groups every year. Particularly in the area of youth welfare, no program is standard, but rather handcrafted and individually tailored to the respective needs.

This is the value our programs provide:

  • Out of the usual setting, creates space for something new
  • Gain a view of your own situation
  • Self-awareness – feeling yourself physically
  • Experience self-efficacy and personal strengths
  • Strengthen self-worth
  • Perceive own behaviors
  • Reflection on one’s own behavior
  • Independence is promoted
  • Promote stamina
  • Experience team spirit
  • Experience exercise and healthy lifestyle
  • Examination of one’s own life plan
  • What do I really want in my life?

We clarify the individual needs with you in advance and develop the appropriate course design. Usually we are on the road in the programs: in the Alps in mountain huts, in the foothills of the Alps sailing, hiking in natural areas or in the Uckermark by canoe or raft. Always individual and pedagogically valuable. The physical and psychological safety of the participants is always our top priority. You will be accompanied by experienced experiential educators with appropriate professional sports and pedagogical qualifications.

Our focus:

  • Adventure educational vacation trips – with adventure, nature and fun
  • ISE measures – RausZeiten with individual topics
  • Social training courses – Up to 21 days on the road with the goal of crossing the Alps
  • Team days – support of team days for professionals as further education or team training

(In the field of youth welfare, we cooperate, among others, with the imBlick Kinder- und Jugendhilfe gGmbH).
