OUTWARD BOUND offers programs for trainees of companies, enterprises, institutions and municipalities. The focus is on the willingness to learn and perform, team building and identification with the training company. The courses take place in the vicinity of the locations (Baad and Schwangau) or at mobile locations throughout Germany.

A change of perspective

In your observer role, you can focus on each individual trainee in the group and refer to the daily work routine in the reflection rounds. Nevertheless, nothing stands in the way of participation in the actions in a passive attitude. This offers the opportunity to get in touch with the trainees in an external context, to establish a relationship and to get to know them from a new perspective.

We have been operating as a recognized educational institution since 1956. Trainees who are eligible to participate in an OUTWARD BOUND program at our sites are offered numerous educational and character-building development opportunities.

We work exclusively with trainers who are highly qualified in pedagogy and sports and adapt our courses individually and process-oriented to the needs of our customers.

Our goal is to encourage the individual young person in his or her self-assessment, social competence and shared responsibility for the community and nature.
