In order to be able to offer high-quality programs for the young individuals of our society, OUTWARD BOUND Germany & Austria is backed by a committed, qualified team characterized by acceptance and mutual trust.
We currently employ around 30 permanent employees, educators, social workers, merchants, sports scientists, mountain guides, Bufdis and more than 50 freelance trainers.
… are specially trained and trained for use at OUTWARD BOUND Germany & Austria and are deployed depending on the course setting and required skills. They have many years of experience in supporting the learning processes of young people. All trainers passionately support value-oriented personality development and team development according to the philosophy of OUTWARD BOUND.

OUTWARD BOUND Deutschland e.V. is an educational institution organized as a non-profit association that supports people in their individual development as individuals or within a group through experiences in and with nature. The main tasks of the honorary board are quality control, further development of the pedagogical concept and control of the safety concept. OUTWARD BOUND’s offering in Germany includes experiential education seminars, outdoor training and continuing education courses.
