Funding project: Experience diversity

Idea

Experiential education enables learning on an emotional and experiential level, facilitating access to learning for a large target group. In this project, an innovative approach to action is being developed that takes up previously rather language-based concepts of intercultural, transcultural, diversity-conscious, anti-discrimination and anti-racism work, etc., and enables access to processes and measures of intercultural, political education to new target groups.

Destination

Combining experiential education and intercultural, political education with the goal of achieving more emotional learning outcomes and new target groups in intercultural and political education.

Measures

Development of a brochure and a film on the connection of the two pedagogical approaches, in addition an expert meeting and expert exchanges of both approaches.
Model measure with one group
Implementation of an exemplary, intercultural opening of the youth education center of Outward Bound in Schwangau
Dissemination of the approach in a multiplier training course and a specialist day
The duration of the project is from January 2021 to December 2022.
