Freelance trainer

Are you looking for a new personal challenge and do you like working with groups? You have experience in mountain hiking, winter sports and want to help create professional experiential education?

You want to work in a friendly, creative and motivated team? We offer you an exciting, very varied field of work in nature, creative planning opportunities, organization and design of programs.

After a thorough introduction, you will work independently in a team of trainers, conducting experiential education programs for different target groups.

Internal further training to become an experiential educator

We offer a compensated OUTWARD BOUND trainer training for several months for each year. You will learn to independently design, moderate and implement experiential education programs.
During the training you will acquire movement-related and pedagogical skills (group dynamics, communication, etc.). You will further develop your personality and learn how OUTWARD BOUND teaches the course participants content related to professional sports and pedagogical skills.

Federal Volunteer Service in Schwangau / Allgäu

As a non-profit association, we support people in their individual development as individuals or in groups, through experiences in and with nature.
The offers include experiential education seminars and outdoor trainings.

At our location in Schwangau, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks in the business operations of the house and in the preparation of the experiential education courses. Interested?
